BEARS Ensemble Nabs Third Place at Provincials

After receiving first place at the Hamilton Music Festival in April 2024, the BEARS Ensemble, comprising of violinists studying at the HSSM, Alana Cheng, Reya Muralidhar, Elanor Shannon and Briella Yiu, accompanied by Shermeen Shannon, received the opportunity to compete at the Provincial Finals as part of the Ontario Music Festivals Association. On June 10th 2024, while missing a full day of school, they won 3rd place!
